∎ BA/ Graduate from a reputed university (Experienced in sales and marketing field)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Officer has to achieve the given sales target
∎ Daily customer visit
∎ Hourly reporting to head office through WhatsApp.
∎ Salary will be made according to the achieved KPI and the KPI will be updated as per WhatsApp report.
∎ Employee must have a Bank AC to receive the salary.
∎ In your own area
∎ Meet the KPI as per assigned
∎ Implement and monitor sales plan vs. execution
∎ Achieve the sales target (Both in Primary and secondary)
∎ Area / Region coverage plan
∎ Dealer and Retailer management
∎ Train newly recruited team member for optimum output
∎ Maintain day to day record keeping and report it properly
∎ Preparing various Reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
∎ Ensure efficient and effective market and site/location visit
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers
∎ Build strong network and professional relationship with of Traders and End users
∎ Able to Handle regional merchandizing, visibility, opportunity sales, activation sampling and events
∎ Implement proper product inventory and stock management system which ensure product availability as per norms
∎ Collect regular trend of industry , competitors activities, price, trade offers, or any other activities and send it respectively
∎ Committed with determination of achievement of his own goal along with the organizational goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1year in field Job.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
