∎ Bachelors/Master's degree in any discipline from a reputed university/college.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have relevant experience in Tobacco or other FMCG marketing and sales functions.
∎ Supervising sales & trade marketing activities.
∎ Enhancing excellent trade relation with different traders, customers as well as distributors.
∎ Forecasting market demand and achieving sales target.
∎ Maintaining sales administrative activities with sales team/member.
∎ Implementing strong organizational policies & strategies among consumer, competitors and distributors.
∎ Ensuring sustainable growth of own market share.
∎ Proven people management skills, team player and vision of the business.
∎ Self-driven to pursue the development and interests of the business on current market demand.
∎ Any other task as per assignment given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-to-05-year(s) hands experience on sales & marketing in Tobacco industry.
∎ Skilled Required: Candidate having experience on FMCG Sales & Marketing at least 2 years+ will get additional advantage.
∎ Candidate currently working in Tobacco will get preference.
∎ Age 25-35 or may be relaxed to the deserving candidate.
∎ Good Communication Skills in Bangla & English (additional).
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office application
∎ Ability to solve problem independently or with minimal guidance.
∎ Friendly in Team work
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid license.

Salary:
∎ As per company policy. Negotiable (based on educational qualification, experience & competencies).
