Job Context:
∎ Jamil Sales & Distribution a concern of HB-Jamil Group of Industries is a locally owned tobacco processing, exporting and cigarette-manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is looking for the right person in the following position to fulfill the requirements of its dynamic sales team.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Banani.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze sales data and generate insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
∎ Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and formulae
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.
∎ Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data visualization tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
∎ Conduct data validation, data cleaning, and data integration to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
∎ Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
∎ Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and competitive advantages.
∎ Provide ad-hoc data analysis support to various departments within the company as needed.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Train and mentor junior analysts, as applicable.
∎ Building data SOP and training sales official to maintain SOP
∎ Experience with DBMS software (e.g., SQL, Excel) will be treated as an additional advantage.
∎ Any other task as per assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office application, SQL, Microsoft Power Point BI
∎ Ability to solve problem independently or with minimal guidance.
∎ Friendly in Team work
∎ 3-to-05-year(s) proven experience on sales analytics in reputed MNC or local organization with preference in Tobacco industry.
∎ Skilled Required: Candidate having experience on FMCG Sales administration at least 2 years+ will get additional advantage.
Salary:
