∎ Bachelor degree in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, Productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Support to establish Sales and Marketing of assigned products.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for Dealer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
∎ Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance.
∎ Help to prepare SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communications skills with strong computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Proven ability to lead & manage a dynamic team.
∎ Excellent communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
