Job Responsibilities:
Achieving total value & volume sales target and ensuring optimum product`s distribution & visibility.
Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
Preparing periodic sales report from automation and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
Monitoring distributors` stock and investment, ensuring timely payment from distributors to company.
Ensuring numeric distribution & find new outlet with addition in SPA (Sales process automation).
To train the Sales Officers & Senior Sales Officers to their daily activities and communicating with the subordinates, retailers and distributors about all promotional schemes.
To ensure team co-ordination & resolve any problem between team & distributors.
