Major Responsibilities:
Achieve total value & volume sales target and ensure optimum product`s distribution & visibility.
Perform primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
Prepare periodic sales report from automation and analyze performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
Monitor distributors` stock & investment and ensure timely payment from distributors to company.
Ensure numeric distribution & find new outlet with addition in SPA (Sales process automation).
Train the Sales Officers & Senior Sales Officers to their daily activities and communicate with the subordinates, retailers and distributors about all promotional schemes.
Ensure team co-ordination & resolve any problem between team & distributors.
