Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
∎ To assist in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
∎ Review products ' visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
∎ To hunt new sales and open new accounts to ensure business growth.
∎ Achieving day to day/secondary sales target.
∎ Ensure accurate product supply.
∎ Ensure Proper Merchandising.
∎ Managing credit to get maximum output for sales.
∎ To service and maintain current accounts.
∎ To prepare weekly and monthly client reports
∎ Possess trade & Operations knowledge in Modern trade, experience with account opening.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants having experience in Direct Sales will get preference.
∎ Be able to work with persons of different cultural background.
∎ Candidate with experience dealing with retail chain and work in start-up company is preferred
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
