Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the company's sales target (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) with proper planning and execution.
∎ Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals as per guideline of the top management.
∎ To analyze own market size of each product and plan for targeted market share.
∎ New Dealer creation & meet up sales target (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) with proper planning and execution.
∎ Manage & maintain SOP set by management and follow up the dealer performance and provide necessary guideline.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have the ability to work independently and under pressure
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Good Inter Personal relationship
∎ Leadership Quality
∎ Able to travel frequently
∎ Must have workable knowledge in MS Office Applications
