∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the territory.
∎ Monitor sales performance and create action plans to address under performing areas.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their objectives.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
∎ Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging trends.
∎ Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the telecom sector.
∎ Ensure efficient distribution of products and services within the territory.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to senior management.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for strategy development.
