Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the food ingredients sector in Sylhet
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Understand and analyze market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Work closely with the supply chain and marketing teams to drive the introduction of new products in the market.
∎ Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our brand and products.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Ensure all sales activities align with the vision and goals of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Suitable candidate should also have proven experience in managing both offline and online marketing programs and successfully delivering improvement in a business's marketing.
∎ Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for, developing and closing new business.
∎ Consistent record of achievement in goals and being revenue driven.
