Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for marketing and sales of Switch, Socket, LED Light and Accessories in respective territory.
Supervise Field Officer ( FO ) and distributor to achieve given sales target
Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly sales targets.
Plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize the market gap.
Day-to-day monitoring of sales & collection achievement to achieve monthly target.
Motivate & train the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
Manage the sales personnel professionally and be responsible for the sales team's activities.
Plan periodic visits to the distributors and retailers to develop new distributor & increase sales targets.
Arranging market development programs to boost relations and sales.
Any other task assigned by sales department
