Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.

  • Identify and develop new bulk rice sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bulk buyers.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring profitable sales margins.

  • Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.

  • Prepare the reports (e.g. target vs. achievement, memo report etc.) and submit it to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on a regular basis.
