Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.
Identify and develop new bulk rice sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bulk buyers.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring profitable sales margins.
Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.
Prepare the reports (e.g. target vs. achievement, memo report etc.) and submit it to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on a regular basis.
