∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Distribution Network, Electrical/ Electronics, Positive mindset for fieldwork, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new (Blank) market for expanding market share.
∎ Create new distributor at the blank (Market) point.
∎ Perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
∎ Manage and ensure all business-related support to the newly created distributors at the blank market. These supports must be continued for those distributors until they understand the overall business as Walton Distributor.
∎ Study market and collect market-related data with an objective to remain updated about the electronics industry and competitors as well as provide sales development-related strategic information timely to the department.
∎ Perform market recovery-related activities for the discontinued distributors.
∎ Re-activate and ensure all needed supports for the weak, irregular, and default distributors.
∎ Must have the patience to work at the field level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess good interpersonal skills.
∎ The Height of candidates is a minimum of 5 feet 7 Inches preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
