Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new dealership at vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ Developing a market for construction chemicals.
∎ To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
∎ To monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their performances.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
∎ Must have patience to work in the field level.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement & paint industry, FMCG Company
∎ Be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safety & responsible attitude.
∎ Travel frequently all over the territory.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications
