Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for UHT Milk and Powder Milk in the designated territory.
∎ Supervise and monitor the daily activities and performance of Sales Officers and Distributors to ensure alignment with business goals.
∎ Conduct regular market visits, focusing on key outlets and overall territory coverage to assess visibility, availability, and execution.
∎ Provide daily support in resolving market-related issues, guiding Sales Officers in overcoming challenges.
∎ Identify uncovered areas and implement coverage plans promptly, with strategies to boost distribution and sales.
∎ Review and verify sales reports from team members, ensuring accuracy before forwarding them to higher management.
∎ Collect market intelligence, including pricing, promotions, and competitor activities, and share insights with the management.
∎ Provide hands-on training and guidance to Sales Officers to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and professionalism.
∎ Perform any additional duties assigned by management in line with organizational priorities.
∎ Routine / Regular Responsibilities:
