- Candidates must have marketing experience with reputed electrical company, including Transtec, Super Star, MEP, Click, Circle, SQ and Walton Electrical Accessories.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area/territory.
- Dealer & Distributor Management – Create new dealer, Maintain relationships, ensure stock availability, and resolve dealer/distributor issues.
- Team Supervision – Guide, train, and motivate sales representatives or field staff to improve performance.
- Market Development – Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors, expand into new markets, and increase product penetration.
- Monitoring & Reporting – Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends; submit regular reports to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Credit & Collection Control – Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from dealers/distributors.
- Promotional Activities – Implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events in the territory.
- Ensure warranty and service policies are clearly communicated and maintained in the market.
- Ensure all company commands, policies, and sales guidelines are strictly followed by the sales team and dealers.
