Ability to interact confidently with dealers and retailers.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline.
Should have a strong learning attitude during training period.
Must be honest, punctual, and responsible.
Physically fit and capable of visiting minimum 20 shops daily.
Willing to work in Dhaka and outside Dhaka (if required).
Team player with a positive mindset and growth-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit electrical shops, dealers, and retailers to promote RAY brand products.
Collect daily market data including retailer information, sales potential, and competitor products.
Communicate product features, pricing, and offers to customers effectively.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and dealers.
Ensure proper product branding (stickers, leaflets, T-shirts, POS materials) at market level.
Assist in increasing product visibility in assigned areas.
Submit daily visit reports with minimum 20 shop data collection.
Work with the team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor movement.
Follow company guidelines, discipline, and reporting structure.
Participate actively in training, exams, and evaluation sessions.
Represent the RAY brand positively and professionally in the market.
