∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Corporate Marketing, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Micro-Credit, Sanitary ware

Job Context:
∎ It is a Mid level Management and supervisory rule.
∎ Field level implementation rule
∎ It is a performance based job

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building the business with in the territory using a variety of sales technique s.
∎ Targeting potential customer and assessing opportunity for sales .
∎ Finding new market with in the territory .
∎ Putting together a list of target customer with in the area.
∎ Analyzing competitor activities with in the area .
∎ Working closely with other territory sales manager and national sales manager .
∎ Keeping up to date with the industry .
∎ Training staff , coaching staff to maximize the revenue
∎ Preparing and monitoring monthly sales target for the team .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years of B2B sales experience is a Must .

Salary: Negotiable
