Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets within assigned territories.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
