∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of a number of orders, order value, and repeat order rate.
∎ Conduct daily visits to pharmacies to pitch the HealthOS platform and ensure continuous engagement.
∎ Ensure a minimum orders/day are generated from the territory (target to be set based on area capacity).
∎ Train pharmacy staff on how to use the HealthOS app to place orders.
∎ Identify pharmacies that have not placed orders in the last 15 days.
∎ Visit and assess the reason for inactivity, and work to reactivate of dormant accounts.
∎ Maintain a follow-up tracker to monitor re-engagement success.
∎ Gather feedback on pricing, delivery service, product availability, and competitor activity.
∎ Build strong relationships with key pharmacy owners to ensure long-term loyalty.
∎ Maintain a pharmacy feedback log and submit weekly reports to management.
∎ Update daily activity in the system, including visits, calls, orders booked, and on-boarding status.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly performance reports with clear metrics.
∎ Participate in review meetings and strategy sessions with the management.
