Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
∎ Ensure that the business Objective in the territory is met
∎ Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO) & Territory Sales Supervisors (TSS)
∎ Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfillment for the team
∎ Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
∎ Ensure DB sustainability and accountable for day to day operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in managerial sales in FMCG
∎ Ownership; make decisions. is accountable
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
