Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
∎ Ensure that the business objective in the territory is met
∎ Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Offices (SO)
∎ Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
∎ Manage Cash collection, propose and implement corrective actions
∎ Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
∎ Monitory cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & Monitory Quality Control issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
∎ Ownership; make, decisions, is accountable
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
∎ Strong motivation to build a career in sales
∎ Good knowledge of MS office package
