∎ Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.

∎ Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO
∎ Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the teamManage Cash collection, propose and implement corrective actions
∎ Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
∎ Monitor cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & monitor Quality Control issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
∎ Ownership; make decisions, is accountable

∎ Strong motivation to build a career in sales
∎ Good knowledge of MS office package
