∎ MBA/ Master’s graduate from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise a sizeable team of Field Officer, Dealer and Distributor to achieve given sales target of assigned sales division.
∎ Achieving value and volume sales target in the demarcated area in stipulated periods of time.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
∎ Developing dealer, Sub-dealer and Channel Partner in new market.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
∎ Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 10+ years
∎ The applicant should have experience in Sales Department.
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Growth-focused and dynamic in nature.
∎ Capable to train the Sales force under supervision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
∎ Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, innovative, overall leadership capabilities required.
