Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the brand shop of respective area from the front as team leader.
∎ Closely follow up store daily management, time and attendance supervision, including follow-up of sales target set by management time to time.
∎ To follow up to ensure that stocks in stores are according to standards and sufficient to achieve 100% or more business against Target.
∎ To ensure that the store manager adhere to quality control procedures. Maintain FIFO (First in first out), LIFO (Last in first out) & NOOS (Never out of stock) when required as per management instruction & avoid huge stockpiling.
∎ To assist the store manager in solving product supply, inter-transfer, goods in transit problems.
∎ To play the vital role by train, coach, guide floor manager & staffs in terms of product, price, customer service, anger management, problem solving, instant decision, shop owner deal metrics and other retail tools as per global standard.
∎ To organize and carry out local promotions by ensuring company policy and circulars on interior and window displays are followed accordingly.
∎ To personally inspect regularly all brand shop outlets within the area to ensure compliance with company standards.
∎ To check the cash and banking deposits on time. accounts reimbursement report with store report same & accurate.
∎ To consult with store manager on seasonal target for the store manager and submit to the Head brand shop for approval.
∎ To check the accuracy of price reductions carried out in the store manager.
∎ Regular performance interviews to guide and help team members improve performance.
∎ Cooperate with various departments of the company and jointly promote the development of experience stores.
∎ To ensure 100% accuracy POS entry, transfer invoice through spot checking & regular follow up in all store manager in the area.
∎ To constantly look for potential new locations & submit proposals for opening new outlets. Also to propose justification for renovation of existing outlets.
∎ To establish travel plans and weekly/monthly working program and submit in advance to the Head of brand shop & top Management.
∎ Ensure housekeeping in every angle of the store maintain world class standard, no product cartoon, cleaning items, or any necessary or unnecessary items on floor which is visible to customer or to management.
∎ To spend at least two days in a store after the transfer of a new manager without previous experience in store management.
∎ Conduct walk-in-audit at least five store of an area every month to ensure store manager activeness inside store as per company standard.
∎ Any other job entrusted to you by the Head of brand shop & top management from time to time.
