∎ The incumbent must have minimum BBA degree with specialization - in marketing from prestigious local universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Secondary sales: Ensure area wise secondary sales and revenue target.
∎ Coverage: Expand geographical coverage and acquisition Of new retailers.
∎ PJP: Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) of self and of SPOs.
∎ Sales representative: Manage own distributors sales representative/SPO successfully.
∎ Product placement: Ensure product availability and merchandising visibility.
∎ Sales KPI: Formulate sales KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI.
∎ Coach & train SPO & distributors resources: Lead a team Of SPO & distributors resources and ensure
∎ proper coaching for succession plan in line with business target
∎ BTL execution: Execution Of BTL prorogation for the distributors to meet national sales wise KPI.
∎ Territory business planning: Formulate territory business plan as per territory wise business target.
∎ Distributors' ROI: Monitor and ensure financials & ROI of distributors regularly.
∎ Control unfair business: Control unfair business in the assigned territory

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years. having experience - in FMCG sales.
∎ Experience in FMCG/Mu16national - companies/telecommunications
