∎ Bachelor/Master's from any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Sales planning, Team Leading
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain stock register and timely attendance at office premises.
∎ Monitor, and coordinate the activities of Sales Officers/sales representative.
∎ Plan & achieve territory wise monthly sales target.
∎ Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities in the territory.
∎ Manage Distributors and ensure timely delivery of products to the distributor point.
∎ Prepare sales report and follow up relevant approvals as per requirement of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only Males are encouraged to apply
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role (SR supervision)
∎ Distributor management
