∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ · Age: Below 35 years
∎ · Education: Graduation or Diploma in Business Management or related field
∎ · Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales (preferably in paint, hardware, or FMCG sectors)
∎ · Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, customer service, and presentation skills
∎ · Language: Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
∎ · Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including dealer acquisition
∎ · Create new dealer appointments and manage existing ones
∎ · Effectively manage credit receivables
∎ · Conduct regular visits to dealers to drive sales and promote products
∎ · Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams
∎ · Identify new business opportunities and build strong networks
∎ · Deliver impactful sales presentations and negotiate deals
∎ · Understand and implement company policies and trade promotions
∎ · Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
