Responsibilities & Context:

Macksons Paints Bangladesh Ltd., a leading multinational paint company, seeks a dynamic, target-oriented individual to join our Bangladesh sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience who is self-motivated, proactive, and ready to impact.

Reporting To: Area Manager/ Head of Sales

Location: (Within Dhaka City) - Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Old Dhaka, Fram Gate, Uttara, Khilkhet, Motijheel, Bashundhara, Pantha Path, Demra, Rampura, Bosila, Gulshan-Banani, Tejgoan, Jatrabari, Wari, Kachpur, Ashulia

(Within Dhaka Division District) - Gazipur, Gopalganj, Kishoreganj, Madaripur, Munshiganj, Makinganj, Tangile, Narshindi, Faridpur, Rajbari, Sariatpur)

(Within Dhaka Division Upazzala) – Keraniganj, Nababganj, Dohar, Dhamrai, Savar,

Flexible Location: Candidates from specified areas may have the opportunity to work from their hometown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, including new Dealer Acquisition

  • Creating new Dealer appointments

  • Manage the credit receivable effectively

  • Conduct regular visits to dealers to boost sales and promote products

  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams

  • Identify new sales opportunities and establish new business relationships

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate deals

  • Proper understanding & implementation of Company policies and Trade promotions

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
