∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any recognized Public/Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time. Confirmation the timely attendance of all SR/DSR
∎ Planning for achieving sales target through: Distribution & Productivity, Increase product coverage, Visibility and Merchandising.
∎ Maintain proper communication channel for achievement of sales objective
∎ Motivating all SR & DSR for achieving target.
∎ Distributor Management purpose to provide training and coaching for Distributor Team for better result.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by management
∎ Realization of sales proceeds & timely online confirmation.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales force for increase the market share.
∎ Critically observe the competitor activities & report to the superior.
∎ Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement.
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management from time to time.
∎ Sales review meeting with field force.
∎ Monitor promotional program.
∎ Give Solutions to any problem faced by field force.
∎ Searching of new distributor for gap market.
