∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and Achieve secondary sales target through Distribution and Coverage Improvement
∎ Achievement of secondary sales target by SKU's & categories periodically
∎ Manage effectively new Product Innovation
∎ Forecast market demand and achieving placement targets by channels
∎ Supervise the work of SR & provide training & guidance to ensure the achievement of targets
∎ Direct servicing of Key Accounts within the territory and achieve assigned productivity targets
∎ Ensure proper utilization & maintenance of all on-store merchandising materials
∎ To train and coach the team members and distributor team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be well groomed, looking Smart, Sincere, Well mannered, Intelligent & Work in a Team.
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Must have regular knowledge in IT.
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
