Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and drive health insurance products target of the assigned territory through right field
∎ engagement.
∎ Ensure and monitor field sales team for market operation.
∎ Roll out B2B/B2C projects in assigned territory.
∎ Collect and analysis data for reporting/FF evaluation.
∎ Always thirsty for achieving new opportunities for revenue generation for the entire organization.
∎ Build sustainable relationship with Partners, FF and Trade marketing team for smooth market
∎ operation.
∎ Ensure disbursement of reward among own and partner key drivers as per set criteria.
∎ Coordinate and solve cross functional issues for smooth market operation.
∎ Ensure gift stock and communication of daily/monthly targets to frontline sales personnel and
∎ monitor their performances
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years experience in field sales.
∎ Experience in Insurance industry/Banking industry/Healthcare industry.
∎ Exceptionally smooth in handling and working in digital platforms.
∎ Ability to ensure regular market visits.
∎ Strong leadership skill to engage sales team to ensure maximum revenue.
∎ Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
