Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer assessment.
∎ Ensuring Regional tractor sales as per monthly, quarterly and annual target.
∎ Leading, monitoring, guiding and supervise all the sales officers.
∎ Taking strategies & plan about the overall business development on sales, collection & recovery and implementing in the region.
∎ Making and submitting yearly sales budget, sales & collection target, action plan on bad files, sales & collection performance report, area's service progress, competitor's challenges etc.
∎ Ensure Delivery and after sales service.
∎ Credit recovery plan of product sold and maintain good relation with customer.
∎ Maintain strong knowledge base about Tractor/Power tiller/Rotavator/Diesel Engine/Combine Harvester/Reaper/ Trans planter.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Collecting data from field for product and business development.
∎ Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
