Job Context:
∎ Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the biggest & leading conglomerates of Bangladesh. MGI always searches for highly motivated & proactive professional to boost up its business growth. The position of Territory Manager- Sales will be responsible to monitor all sales activities and to ensure outlet coverage, product visibility, and availability by sound collaborations with the Distributor and Sales team for achieving long-term and short-term sales target of the territory.
∎ The suitable incumbent will have to play the role of front-end contribution for selling either or bundle of the following assortment of products like Biscuits & Noodles/ Water/ Beverage/ Snacks items/ Edible Oil/ Tea/ Spices/ Condensed Milk/ Milk-Powder/ Sugar/ Salt/ Atta/ Moida/ Sujee.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide and push the Sales Representative (SR) to achieve daily target memo and targeted sale per memo.
∎ Drive and motivate the sales team relentlessly to achieve weekly and monthly product-wise secondary sales targets.
∎ Visit outlets and distributors' warehouses within the respective territory periodically to control the damage.
∎ Chalk out an action plan to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets of the territory.
∎ Keep close eyes on competitors' activities in the respective market, collect market. information, and propose a counteraction plan to the supervisor immediately.
∎ Take all necessary measures proactively to grasp the potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Proactively monitor and maximize the outlet-coverage through ensuring the physical presence in respective regional markets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working.
∎ Should be computer literate (MS Office).
∎ Should have valid motor cycle driving license.
