Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide and push the Sales Representative (SR) to achieve daily target memo and targeted sale per memo
∎ Drive and motivate the sales team relentlessly to achieve weekly and monthly product-wise secondary sales targets
∎ Visit outlets and distributors' warehouses within the respective territory periodically to control the damage
∎ Chalk out an action plan to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets of the territory
∎ Keep close eyes on competitors' activities in the respective market, collect market information, and propose a counteraction plan to the supervisor immediately
∎ Take all necessary measures proactively to grasp the potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ Proactively monitor and maximize the outlet-coverage through ensuring the physical presence in respective regional markets.

∎ Should be computer literate (MS Office package) and should have personal laptop/TAB
∎ Should have valid motor cycle driving license
