Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily activities of all Salesman under his territory
∎ Ensure outlet coverage, product availability and product visibility on every outlets of his territory
∎ Ensure daily as well as weekly and monthly primary lifting
∎ Ensure daily target memo and average sale per memo of every salesman
∎ Achieve weekly and monthly product wise secondary sales target
∎ Work closely with SR to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market
∎ Work every day in the field with SR to achieve target as well as manage assigned task on time
∎ Visit Outlets and distributors warehouse to control damage
∎ Achieve short and long term sales target of the territory
∎ Collect market information and track competitor activities
∎ Take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Biscuit, Bread, Cake and Chocolate manufacturing industries will get preference
∎ Candidate should be Self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality
∎ Should be computer literate (MS Office package) and should have personal laptop/TAB
∎ Should have valid motor cycle driving license
Salary: Negotiable
