Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team of fulfillment supervisors and riders in the assigned territory
∎ Effective Route Planning, On boarding local Vehicles as per requirements
∎ Ensure proper loading and unloading without damaging the products
∎ Ensure Daily Cash Collection, Handle the fraud issues and hazard
∎ Proper alignment with cross functional teams of Sales and Sourcing department
∎ Create new retailers and ensure product visibility and availability within the assigned territory at maximum level.
∎ Provide different market insights to management for strategy formation.
∎ To go to the market and visit especially the top outlets and overall markets.
∎ To be responsible for overall brand wise growth and sustainable business for assigned region .
∎ preparing different plans and activities giving various information, facts, figures and market feedback
∎ To report the Head office updated targets vs achievements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
