Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop plan for penetration of products in the market.
∎ Assist in selecting the dealers and distributors.
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities.
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the territory/ area as per budget.
∎ Manage credit customer efficiently and effectively to get maximum output for the sales.
∎ Support the marketing team in marketing activities.
∎ Conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
∎ Collect industry information on regular basis and send time to time information to the Marketing Department.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of Traders & End users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Experience from agrochemical industry will be preferred
