• Minimum 03 years practical experience in Marketing, Sales and Credit Management in Agri- Machinery & Equipment / Capital Machinery/ FMCG in respective position.
• Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Candidates Should have good team working abilities.
• Should have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
• Should have strong interpersonal skills to maintain very good relationships with the different stakeholders.
• Should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
• Must have positive approach and attitude
• Should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
• Should have Valid Passport.

• Making the feasibility of agricultural business in the commanding area and exploring the market.

• Developing market for Agri-Machinery Product (EICHER Brand Tractor) and other Agricultural Equipment;

• Increasing sales within the defined territory.

• Achieving Monthly Sales Target.

• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
