Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Automobile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible to achieve sales and recovery target accordingly
∎ • Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective customers and agent.
∎ • Collect, Forecast and analyze the market data sales.
∎ • Set up sales target quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ • Major contribution in sales and stock forecasting.
∎ • Submit daily, weekly and monthly marketing report to reporting personal.
∎ • Conduct market survey and collecting information of competitors.
∎ • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales
∎ opportunity.
∎ • Establish guideline to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy.
∎ • Inspire Marketing Team(s) to get the job done.
∎ • Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Marketing and sales experience specially agricultural machinery like
∎ Tractor, Power Tiller, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter etc.
∎ • Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel,
∎ Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ • Experience in handling banking transaction
∎ • Ability to work under pressure
∎ • Should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ • Able to take initiative.
∎ • Should be self motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ • Should possess rational decision making ability.
∎ • Should have very good communication and presentation skills
∎ • Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ • Able to Travel frequently
Salary: Negotiable
