Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shop materials and products follow up.
∎ VBA Grooming follow-up & Effectively communicate with team members.
∎ Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is business needs and improving performance.
∎ Follow up the standard of the visual image.
∎ Planning and organizing day-to-day activities or projects.
∎ Leading regular team meetings, overseeing all procedures of an event from development to the actual launch.
∎ Advertising and promoting product launches or other activities, dealing with local suppliers.
∎ Designing and developing training in close collaboration with various subject matter experts.
∎ Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes.
∎ Implementing technology-enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.
∎ Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
∎ Maintaining a database of all training materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be completed BBA/ Honor's/ BBS/Diploma /Masters from any reputed university.
∎ Must be smart, good-looking, organized, devoted, proactive, and self-motivated.
∎ Well, communication skills with Fluency in English.
∎ Good Team management capacity.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent leadership capacity.
∎ Knowledge about infra, branding, activity, people management will add an advantage.
