Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation and customer outreach (calls, emails, social media).

• Support sales presentations and client communications.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and promotional content.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

• Develop creative promotional content, captions, and strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, databases, online platforms, and referrals.

• Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Present products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.
