*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist in lead generation and customer outreach (calls, emails, social media).
* Support sales presentations and client communications.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and promotional content.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
* Develop creative promotional content, captions, and strategies to increase brand awareness.
* Identify potential customers through cold calling, databases, online platforms, and referrals.
* Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Present products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
* Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.

* Running student / Undergraduate / Graduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bengali.
