- Coordinate the Telesales Team to Increase coverage of outlets and markets.
- Handle customer queries & complaints instantly.Collect feedback from customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Properly reporting to management.
- Achieve monthly sales targetIncrease sales Lead a telesales team Build a good relationship with existing and new clients
