Job Summary: Gadget N Gadget is seeking an experienced and driven Telecaller Team Leader / Manager to oversee our telecalling operations. The successful candidate will supervise daily activities, drive team performance to meet targets, and ensure high-quality customer engagement across our key branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Quality Control: Monitor live and recorded calls to provide constructive feedback and maintain brand standards.
Training: Conduct ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve team communication and sales skills.
Strategy: Implement productivity strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
Escalations: Handle complex customer issues with effective resolutions.
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new telecalling staff.
