Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telemarketing Agent to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products or services, and generate sales or qualified leads. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to persuade customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Promote and explain products or services clearly and confidently

• Generate sales leads or close sales over the phone

• Follow provided call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation

• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively

• Update call outcomes, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM system

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets

• Coordinate with the sales or support team for follow-ups

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

• Ability to work with targets and performance-based KPIs
