We work with international partners in the fintech and trading sectors. We are currently hiring Telesales Executives (Female) to support Eightcap, a leading global online trading platform offering forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.
Job Overview:
As a Female Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with foreign clients, introducing them to Eightcap’s trading services, and guiding them through the registration and account funding process. Fluency in English is and Hindi essential, as you'll be working with an international client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective international clients.
- Explain Eightcap’s trading products, platform, and account features.
- Help clients register, verify, and fund their trading accounts.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about financial markets, trading tools, and updates.
