• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Languages: Fluency in English (spoken & written) and Hindi — must be confident in handling international clients.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or finance/trading-related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of forex, trading platforms, or financial markets is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools are required.

We are currently expanding our sales team and hiring Telesales Executives to support Eightcap and Focus Markets — two globally recognized online trading platforms offering Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies.

Position Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with international clients, introduce them to Eightcap’s and Focus Markets’ trading services, and assist them through the registration, verification, and account funding process. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, as you’ll be working with a diverse international client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective international clients.
• Present and explain Eightcap’s trading products, platform features, and benefits.
• Assist clients with account registration, verification, and funding.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and meet performance KPIs.
• Record all client interactions accurately using CRM software.
• Stay informed on financial markets, trading tools, and platform updates.
