Additional Requirements: - Ability to work From 08:30 AM till 04:30 PM and 01:00 PM till 09:00 PM and 09:00 PM till 05:00 AM .
- Female candidates are eligible for the 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM and 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM shifts only.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Mentality to communicate with client after office hour.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, managing social media inquiries, and providing exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
- Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
