Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct tele-sales activities to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
∎ Understand customer’s needs, and recommend suitable organic products accordingly.
∎ Execute effective sales strategies to contribute to overall company growth.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction repeated purchase and loyalty.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer relationships.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
∎ Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Manager.
